Carrot line - fresh market
In a line for the fresh market, the product goes through the following stages so that the consumer can buy polished carrots of a certain calibre:
- Reception
- Cleaning
- Washing
- Inspection
- Polishing
- Hydrocooling
- Calibration (on thickness and/or length)
This process can also be applied to other root vegetables such as horseradish, parsnips and beetroot.
Steam peeling line
This line washes and peels tuberous crops in preparation for further industrial processing. This takes place in a number of stages:
- Cleaning
- Washing
- Inspection
- Temporary storage
- Steaming
- Peeling
- Optical sorting
In the line, we provide solutions for filtering and recuperation of the used process water.
