Length grader
A length grader is a stainless steel shaker that grades/sorts elongated product such as carrots based on its length.
- Construction made of sandblasted stainless steel 304.
- 2 or 3 grading fractions.
- With V-grids.
- Sorting opening(s) are manually adjustable.
- Small bars in sorting opening(s) prevent product from falling through on sides.
- Various spring elements available.
- Friedrich unbalance motors.
- Grader built under slight incline to make product easier to move.
- Number of discharge belts needed equals number of calibration fractions.
- Optional with vibration dampers.
