Roller grader
A CB roller grader is a robust, effective solution for grading/sorting carrots and tuber crops to size.
- Construction made of sandblasted stainless steel 304.
- Different widths available.
- Loose and fixed rollers attached to 6" hollow bolt chain.
- Equipped with central lubrication unit.
- Powered by motor reductor SEW.
- Number of output conveyors according to desired number of calibrations.
- (FDA approved) 2-Layer PVC belt driven by drum motors + scrapers
- Belt supported by guide strips.
- Each calibration zone is individually and infinitely adjustable.
- Frequency control required.
- Grading between 11 mm and 73 mm.
- Oversizes are removed at the end of the machine.
