A robust, industrial stainless steel carrot cutter cuts whole carrots into smaller pieces for further processing.
- Construction made of sandblasted stainless steel 304.
- Number of blades and spacing is project dependent.
- Drum covered with aluminium slots to hold carrots.
- Stainless steel wheel blades with double-sided cutting edge sandwiched between spacers.
- Spring-loaded blade bar for protection against hard particles.
- Knife bar can be easily replaced for maintenance.
- FDA approved motorized brush to distribute carrots evenly.
- Powered by motorreductor SEW.
- Product feeding via a shaker.
- Cut carrots are extracted on conveyor belts.
- Optional with v-shaped infeed shaker.
