Dip barrel washer
A dip barrel washer is a robust solution for washing vegetables (and fruits) industrially in a layer of water.
- Construction made of sandblasted stainless steel 304.
- Different drum sizes available.
- Different drum structures possible: perforated plate, flat or round bars.
- Washing drum divided into sections.
- Each section has conical collection hopper with purge valve and inspection door.
- Lids in mesh structure.
- Adjustable (manual) output gate to control process time.
- Internal PVC helix nozzle stimulates product movement in drum.
- Optional additional spray tube can be provided to clean drum.
- Built-in extraction belt with cleats.
- Belt built under slope.
- Powered by motor reductor SEW.
- Collected water can be drained or sent to filter circuit.
- Filter circuit consists of: internal and/or external filter drum with water tank and necessary piping.
Options:
- Level sensors.
- Pump(s) and piping.
- Overflow construction.
- Plastic sealing strips.
- Manual or pneumatic valves.
This wash solution can be combined with a stone trap.
