This type of stainless steel roller grader sorts or calibrates a high capacity fresh product (root crops, tuber crops, potatoes, etc.) according to their thickness.
- Construction made of sandblasted stainless steel 304.
- 2 sorting fractions + 1 fraction for oversizes.
- Sets of stainless steel rollers with manually adjustable progressive spacing (from 8mm to 90mm).
- Manually adjustable hoppers that determine sorting fractions.
- Special infeed shaker aligns products for smooth sorting.
- SEW motor-reductors (galvanized gears + lubrication units).
- Powered by Friedrich unbalance motor.
- Last belt catches oversizes.
- Requires frequency control.
- Optional rollers are hydraulically driven.
