Brush washer - Polisher
A robust, low-maintenance brush washer makes tuber crops smoother and shinier. This prevents the product from silting up.
- Construction made of sandblasted stainless steel 304.
- Galvanized steel drum.
- Brush drum made of rotating frame with brushes.
- Hard or soft brushes depending on objective.
- Adjustable (manual) output gate to control process time.
- Sliding doors for easy access and cleaning.
- Internal spray tubes to rinse drum and product.
- Uses part dirty and part clean water.
When fine brushes are used the product is polished, when hard brushes are used the product is peeled.
A CB brush washer is known for its lower and less expensive maintenance. This machine is designed so that all parts are easily accessible for cleaning, inspection and maintenance.
By connecting the brush washer to a filter drum with water tank (internal, external or combination of both), the process water can be recovered.
