Drum blancher
The hygienically designed CB drum blancher is a robust insulated stainless steel drum that acts as a hot water bath with pass-through to blanch the product.
- Construction made of sandblasted stainless steel 304 or 316 .
- Different lengths available.
- Drum housings with electrical system to lift lid for cleaning.
- Insulated, waterproof covering around drum.
- Drum in perforated plate with internal helix screw.
- Temperature sensors and level sensors.
- Internal spray tube.
- Drum with internal screw conveys product through hot-water bath heated by direct steam injection.
- Automation by Bruynooghe Automation with SIEMENS components.
- CIP cleaning system along the entire length of the drum (mechanical filter).
