When purchasing a drum cooking and cooling line, you can count on our extensive blanching expertise. This line is used for frozen pasta and rice.

A drum cooking and cooling line consists of:

An insulated, hygienically designed drum cooker/ drum blancher
An insulated, hygienically designed drum cooler
Optionally also equipped with pre-soaking/pre-cooking screw => Process time and energy consumption reduced

Both drums have the following features:

Construction of sandblasted stainless steel 304 or 316
All materials that come into contact with the product are FDA approved and have the necessary certificates
With internal helix screw
With CIP system
Stainless steel heat exchanger

Dewatering shakers are provided between the drum cooker and drum cooler.

The line is completed with the necessary stairs and platforms depending on the project.

The automation of this process line can also be carried out by our own team at Bruynooghe Automation.
