Conditioning line
A CB conditioning line ensures that frozen fruit and vegetables stored in bulk can be packed in smaller portions for sale. For this purpose, the product undergoes the following steps:
- Receiving frozen product in hopper
- Breaker roll breaks frozen clusters
- Grading shaker removes oversizes and undersizes
- Manual inspection or inspection by built-in optical sorter
- Glazing
- Dosed by multihead to pack into batches
Mixing line
A CB mixing line is designed to mix several products homogeneously.
The bulk product is:
- Received
- Inspected
- Weighted
- Continuously extracted towards the mixing installation
Various line configurations are possible. In this example, there is both reception of small and larger packages.
