Weighing belt
A weighing belt is a conveyor equipped with precision rollers and load cells to weigh product during transport in the process line.
- Construction made of sandblasted stainless steel 304 or 316 .
- Belt width and length are project dependent.
- Open structure with hinged side plates with plastic sealing strips.
- 2-layer flat PVC belt, FDA approved, supported by replaceable guide strips.
- Equipped with scraper.
- Can be built at slight angle.
- Weighing mechanism consists of precision rollers and load cell connected to weighing module.
- Automation is possible, but not included by default.

- SEW gearmotor.
- Infeed and/or extraction hopper
