An automatic, continuous filling station with motorized dosing funnel fills boxes, crates and bins automatically, product-friendly and very accurately.

In this continuous filling station, two dosing funnels are combined for optimal results. The first hopper with sliding plate fills the bulk packaging in a product-friendly manner and leaves room for an accuracy margin. Then the second hopper fills the package very accurately.
The integrated load cells detect when the predetermined weight is nearly reached. At that point the dosing speed is automatically adjusted. As a result, the packages are filled very accurately.
In combination with a vibrating platform, the capacity of the packaging is optimally utilized. In addition, this flattens the product mass, which ensures smoother storage of the filled packages.
By combining the filling station with roller conveyors, this process is fully automated.
