Beans
'Green bean' is a collective name for a number of bean varieties, such as the runner bean and the Frenchman's bean. These differ from each other in terms of length, thickness and colour.
A bean line as presented here is used for beans that are eaten with their pods, in contrast to, for example, peas, of which only the seeds are eaten.
An industrial processing line transforms the harvested clusters into the fresh green bean that comes loose on your plate.

To prepare the beans for freezing or canning, the CB bean line guides them through the following stages:

- Declustering/Snipping
- Blanching
