An industrial line consisting of bean processing equipment, including stairs and platforms, is composed of several process zones.
The most important process zone in a bean line is the one where the beans are declustered and snipped.
Constructie Bruynooghe's bean lines are known for optimal declustering and snipping, with minimal product loss.
Thisfor both low capacity lines and high tonnage industrial processing lines.
Process zones integrated into a bean processing line include: receiving solutions, bean cleaning and washing machines, sorting systems, drum cascades and a blancher.
Depending on the customer demand and specific situation, these zones are composed differently.
The number of drum cascades composed of a decluster drum, a snipper drum and optionally a UBR drum depends on the desired line capacity.
By feeding the drum combinations evenly and keeping the capacity per combination constant, near-perfect processing can be guaranteed.

With each customer, the product, environmental and harvesting conditions are slightly different.
Our sales engineers have tonnes ofprocess knowledge that they combine with your input on the product type,
provide the desired capacity & required effectiveness of the snipping process to support you with a custom design.
Each machine line realized by Constructie Bruynooghe is custom made,
yet a bean processing line is usually made up of the following processing zones:
Reception, cleaning, inspection, washing, sorting, declustering / snipping and blanching.
