The machines in charge of these processes are linked by hygienically designed conveyor screws or conveyor belts.
Conveying shakers with various decks ensure even feeding of the machines so that their capacity is maximized.

An industrial mixing line for frozen fruits and vegetables allows for mixing different products according to a recipe
To refill into crates.
The base setup for reception, temporary storage, crushing and weighing can be duplicated according to the number of products to be mixed.
A forklift places the crates or BigBags into the crate elevators that feed the hoppers with product.
From the storage hoppers, the product is broken / downsized if necessary and weighed to the desired quantity for the recipe.
Conveying screws guide the various products to the mixing system.
The product mix is then filled into cases that are forwarded on a roller conveyor .

Before the products are mixed, manual inspection or automatic inspection via an optical sorter can be provided.
