Frozen vegetable processing machines

Our frozen vegetable processing machines can be used for three purposes:

1. Processing cleaned, graded vegetables for the IQF machine.

2. Conditioning bulk frozen vegetables for smaller repackaging.

3. Mixing and processing bulk frozen vegetables for repackaging as a mix.

These hygienically designed stainless steel systems mainly are deployed for:

  • Reception out of crates and BigBags
  • Breaking up frozen clusters
  • Inspecting: manually or via an integrated optical sorter
  • Temporary storage
  • Grading
  • Glazing
  • Mixing
  • Weighing
  • Filling bins and boxes

The machines in charge of these processes are linked by hygienically designed conveyor screws or conveyor belts.

Conveying shakers with various decks ensure even feeding of the machines so that their capacity is maximized.

Frozen vegetable conditioning line ❄️ interactive

A CB conditioning line allows frozen, bulk-stored fruits and vegetables to be restored in smaller (mixed) portions

can be packaged for sale. To do this, the product undergoes the following steps:

  • Reception of frozen product out of crates or BigBags
  • Temporary storage in a hopper, unloading evenly
  • Breaker roll breaks up frozen clusters
  • Grading shaker removes oversizes and undersizes
  • Manual inspection or inspection by a built-in optical sorter
  • Glazing
  • Dosing by multihead to pack in portions

Each line is custom designed depending on the product and objective of the project.

An industrial mixing line for frozen fruits and vegetables allows for mixing different products according to a recipe

To refill into crates.

The base setup for reception, temporary storage, crushing and weighing can be duplicated according to the number of products to be mixed.

A forklift places the crates or BigBags into the crate elevators that feed the hoppers with product.

From the storage hoppers, the product is broken / downsized if necessary and weighed to the desired quantity for the recipe.

Conveying screws guide the various products to the mixing system.

The product mix is then filled into cases that are forwarded on a roller conveyor .

Various line setups are possible. Always hygienically designed to suit your process objectives.

Before the products are mixed, manual inspection or automatic inspection via an optical sorter can be provided.

In this interactive sample line, there is both reception of small and larger packages.
