Glazing system (with drum)
This glazing system can be installed in a robust stainless steel drum to glaze processed product in a conditioning line.
- Construction made of sandblasted stainless steel 304.
- Length and number of nozzles are project dependent.
- Electronically controlled nozzles.
- Control module.
- Position adjustment mechanism.
- Position of the spray bar can be altered:
- Nozzles can be rotated and shifted in one direction to achieve the perfect glazing process.
- Is part of a conditioning line for frozen foods.
- Infeed shaker required for optimal deployment.
- Various extraction solutions such as conveyor screw or elevator belt possible.
- Automation by our in-house automation team of Bruynooghe Automation.
