This carrot processing plant consists of an inspection zone with integrationof existing machines and a dispatching zone .

The inspection zone was designed to measure , to create a smooth flow between existing processing machines. The starting point of this line is the existing roller grader. Depending on the caliber, the carrots are led to another process; directly to dispatching, to the cutting machine or to the Rotary size grader which sorts out calibers that are too small.

In an ergonomic way, operators can inspect the carrots before they reach the processing machine. In the dispatching zone, the carrots are stored in a robust bunker depending on the processing carried out and from there further distributed via hydro-transfers .

The installation is equipped with waste chutes within reach of the operators and is fully equipped with stairs and platforms. The platforms make the entire installation easily accessible for maintenance and troubleshooting.
