In this automated cleaning line , pebbles, light and floating impurities are removed from the product flow of legumes such as chickpeas, lentils, etc.. The product reaches the set-up through a hydro-transfer fed with recovery water.

The destoning flume consists of two separate channels, this allows production to continue on one channel when the collected pebbles are discharged from the other channel. The hydro-transfer is equipped with special valves to ensure minimal water consumption during this action.
