Through this robust pea processing line, the product undergoes an effective cleaning on several fronts: the peas are washed and the entire product stream is cleaned of pebbles, light, and floating impurities. The pulses then leave the line via a shaker. A hydrotransfer provides the link between the cleaning stage and further processing. This line was designed and realised as one entity, including solutions for water recovery, stairs, platforms and safety shielding.
