In this line, the horseradish is washed, peeled and soaked in preparation for further processing into horseradish paste:

• Unpacking and inspection on a double manual station
• Double delivery ensures a homogeneous end product
• Washing
• Peeling
• Soaking
• Re-rinsing

In this line, we installed solutions for optimal recovery of product and process water.
