Our client chose to increase its conditioning capacity by duplicating an existing CB line.

Both the existing and the new line were realized by Constructie Bruynooghe. In both cases, an optical sorter and multihead of the customer's choice were built into the line.

The video highlights the infeed area. This consists of a hydraulic tipper, a bunker screw, a multi-purpose shaker with net rack & breaking roll, space for the installation of the optical sorter and an extraction shaker after the sorter. All framing such as guards, platforms and stairs were realized to measure.
