Constructie Bruynooghe built a cooling and calibrating line for a Belgian client in the carrot fresh market.

This line consists of 4 parts:

• Cooling zone
• Calibration zone
• Integration of optical sorters
• Filling zone

We installed the necessary framework at each stage:

• Infeed and dewatering shakers,
• Conveyor belts
• Evenflows
• Piping
• Filter system and cooling of process water
• Stairs and platforms
