Steaming and cooling line

This steaming and cooling line consists of a stainless steel steam blancher, a product cooler and the necessary framing to blanch product in a uniform manner.

This setup is constructed entirely of stainless steel.

The line consists of the following sections:

Hydro-transfer for supply of product.
Belt steamer with integrated water tank.
Cooler with glycol heat exchanger.
Platforms, landings and stairs.
Automation by Bruynooghe Automation: electricity, wiring, programs, safety and sensors.

Built in accordance with European Machine Directive CE2006.
All materials in contact with product are FDA approved and come with the necessary certificates.
The temperature and residence time in the steamer are adjusted according to the type of product being processed.
High attention to hygienic design and ease of cleaning of the entire setup.
Both the blancher and the cooler are equipped with product and filter belts.
Steam injectors are mounted above the product conveyor.
The housing of the blancher is fully insulated and equipped with a water lock.
Both the cover of the blancher and the one of the cooler are hoistable.
Equipped with CIP cleaning system.
