Drum cooler
An insulated, hygienically designed drum cooler is a part of drum cooking and cooling line for prepared pasta products and rice.
- Construction out of sandblasted stainless steel 314 or 316.
- All materials in contact with the product are FDA approved and have the necessary certificates.
- Double-walled fully insulated housing.
- Drum made of high-density perforated pattern.
- Internal helix screw.
- Enclosure with sliding doors on each side for easy access and cleaning of the drum.
- All pipes, taps, flanges are included.
- CIP system with static nozzles along the length of the cooler.
- Tank/cabinet equipped with CIP system and pump.
- Temperature sensors + level sensors.
- Automation with Siemens components.
- stainless steel heat exchanger.
